Celine’s reasons for traveling to Ethiopia were two-fold. Firstly, she knew that media outlets in her home country weren’t telling the whole story about life in Africa, and she wanted to experience it first-hand. Secondly, as a commerce major, Celine was interested in building career-boosting knowledge about the African approach to business and finance. Her trip turned out to be the experience of a lifetime.
